This keeps the products housed inside of the pallet contained and safe from damage.Stretch wrapping loads keeps them from moving and shifting during transportation, which is a major source of damage. There are certainly other ways for loads to be damaged during shipment, but stretch wrapping provides a measure of protection that increases the odds of “as made” condition arrival.A shrink wrap machine dispenses film which is loosely folded over a product. The film is then heated and forms a tight wrap around the product. The range of equipment available starts with a set-up of manually-fed film used with a hand-held heat gun.
