A braided copper strip (also known as a flat copper braid or ground strap) is a highly flexible electrical conductor made by interweaving multiple thin strands of high-purity copper into a flat, ribbon-like structure. Unlike solid copper bars, these strips are engineered to withstand continuous vibration and repeated bending without cracking or losing conductivityKey Features and Specifications Material: Typically made from Electrolytic Tough Pitch (ETP) grade copper or oxygen-free copper. Finishes: Available in bare copper (natural rose gold colour) or tinned copper (silver appearance) for enhanced corrosion and oxidation resistance. Heat Dissipation: The large surface area of the woven strands allows for better cooling compared to solid conductors of the same cross-section.
