Tubular heaters act as the heat source for cast-in-heaters and can be made in any configuration to accommodate any practical cast-in-heater shape. Tubular heating elements embedded in aluminium alloy or Brass, providing uniform heat transfer and long life.The heater can be manufactured with cooling tubes for accurate temperature control. Brass Mica band Heaters are capable of performance under the most adverse conditions. Highly recommended for processing high temperature resins to eliminate premature failures due to burn out/ process material leakage. Available two ways: as a one-piece cast-in aluminum heater assembly, or in two piece casting.
