Product Details
A needle valve is a type of valve used to precisely control (throttle) the flow of fluid (liquid or gas). The "needle" refers to a slender, tapered stem (or point) which fits very precisely into a seat, forming a small orifice. Turning the stem adjusts how far the needle retracts from the seat, thus controlling flow. Because of fine threads and a long taper, needle valves allow very precise adjustments, even at low flow rates.
