The Model MFNFJ44 Fully Automatic Brick and Paver Block Making Machine by Universal Mould Industry is a high-performance hydraulic machine designed for efficient and large-scale brick production. Manufactured using high-quality mild steel, the machine provides strong construction, durability, and long service life, making it suitable for continuous industrial operation. This fully automatic machine is capable of producing up to 25,000 bricks per hour and around 24,000 bricks in an 8-hour shift. It produces up to 6 bricks per stroke with accurate dimensions and a tolerance level of up to 1 mm. The machine is designed for manufacturing both paver blocks and solid blocks used in construction projects. The machine operates using advanced Universal Vibro + Hydro Vertical Vibration Technology which enables high-speed production of multiple construction products such as coloured and non-coloured paver blocks, fly ash bricks, concrete blocks, hollow blocks, solid blocks, and kerb stones. This advanced vibration and hydraulic combination ensures strong compaction, improved bonding, and uniform block quality. It also utilizes advanced Frequency Conversion Control Technology (FCCT) which maintains precise and parallel movement between the tamper and mould while preventing deformation during operation. This technology ensures accurate brick formation and smooth production performance. For enhanced quality and durability, the machine is equipped with powerful vibration motors that remove air bubbles from the concrete mixture and increase the strength of bricks and blocks. The double proportional and directional valve system automatically regulates oil flow and hydraulic pressure, delivering a powerful hydraulic pressure system of up to 320 tonnage depending on the model. This automatic block making machine ensures precise dimensional accuracy, uniform size with controlled height, and perfect impressions on each brick or block. It is part of the Universal Everest Series (Universal FAT Everest 1800 to 3200, 8 CVT to 32 CVT) which features advanced double cylinder Vibro Hydraulic technology designed for high-speed and continuous production. The machine comes with a 1-year warranty and is ideal for brick, paver block, and construction block manufacturing industries.
