Raychem Stripping Tools IT-1000-017-20 Screen Removal Tool Application: Designed specifically for removing the co-extruded and bonded semi-conductive screen from round plastic-insulated conductors. Capacity: Large diameter range from 18 mm to 60 mm, covering MV cable cross-sections from 25 mm² to 800 mm². Key Features: Precision blade depth adjustment in 0.1 mm increments to prevent insulation damage. Produces a 20-degree chamfer at the semi-con end for smooth electrical transitions. Reverse feed feature allows stripping in tight clearances between the semi-con and the jacket. Raychem Stripping Tool (35 - 90 mm) Application: A larger industrial tool used for removing extruded and bonded cable screens and primary insulation.
