The Pizon CCMT 09T304 MRT2 MR2500P is a positive-rake carbide turning insert designed for stable finishing to light-medium machining on CNC lathes. Its optimized MRT2 chip-breaker delivers smooth chip control at lower cutting forces, while the MR2500P grade offers balanced wear resistance and toughness—ideal for steels and general-purpose work. Key Features ISO Geometry: CCMT (80° diamond, 7° clearance) for low cutting force and excellent surface finish. Size 09T304 with 0.4 mm corner radius for accurate finishing and profiling. MRT2 chip-breaker for reliable chip evacuation in finishing/medium cuts. MR2500P carbide grade for versatile P-material machining (carbon steel, alloy steel, free-cutting steels). Multi-layer PVD/CVD coating (grade-dependent) for longer tool life and consistent performance. High dimensional accuracy for repeatable tool offsets and reduced setup time.
