Product Details
The Cardboard Scrap Baling Press is a large hydraulic machine - it presses cardboard waste into small bundles. This simplifies storage, handling along with moving. A 20 HP Crompton Greaves motor powers the machine. It uses a three phase power supply with a gear pump system for hydraulic pressure. The machine's pressing area measures 24"×24"×55". It creates bundles that measure 12"×12" inches. Each bundle weighs from 50 to 250 kgs. The machine pushes with 110 tons of force. Plates of mild steel form the machine, so it endures industrial use. A hand lever controls the press - it has a 600-liter oil tank for hydraulic fluid. The machine comes in a required color. Malwa Hydraulics brands the press. It works without stopping at 50 Hz. For recycling centers, this baling press reduces cardboard bulk.
