Performances and Features: The motor power of the machine is 1.5Kw , and the output is 1500 to 3500 pcs . non-grade speed adjustment per hour . The machine boasts of the automatic track function to keep the transmission belt and the inverses of the knitting bags from sticking color. The transmission belt adopts imported PVC oil rubber composite ,featured even width , no sagging , non-penetration , and wondrously desirable effect. The machine is matched with double functions of automatic clutch and foot clutch. Use Guide: Connect power supply, and a null wire . Make the machine run normally (notice the null wire must be fastened) There is a starting-point line on each big barrel , and those lines and the forefront line of printing object are the same line when printing . According to the front line distance of printing object , word register and pattern stick in the same distance afterward the starting point. Fiber sticking adopts double-face glue , with 4mm width of word register. Add ink into the ink hooper according to the color needed . When printing , use rubber roll to press gently the roller . (Notice : If the pressure is too heavy , rubber roll and roller will be damaged , please refer to Adjustment Diagram). If the transmission belt runs abnormally , you can adjust rear tranmission pipe .
