The chamber performs Neutral Salt Spray (NSS) and Copper Accelerated Acetic Acid Salt Spray (CASS) tests, making it suitable for industries requiring stringent corrosion resistance validation. CASS testing is commonly used for chromium-plated parts and decorative coatings and follows standards such as ASTM B368, while NSS testing commonly follows ASTM B117, ISO 9227, and JIS Z 2371.   The chamber is manufactured with a 300 Litre FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) corrosion-resistant body, digital PID temperature control, precision atomizing system, air saturator, solution reservoir, fog collection system, and programmable timer to ensure uniform salt fog generation and reliable, repeatable test results.
