Ammonia Check Valve are specially built for horizontal work and are of gravity closing piston type. All check ammonia valves are flanged and have a provision for manual operation with the help of manual opening stem. These valves are noiseless and highly efficient in allowing flow in one direction only. These valves have metal to metal seat. These valves prevent backward flow of refrigerant in liquid, discharge, suction and hot gas lines. These valves are installed in compressor discharge, suction and liquid line having low temperature applications.
