Zoloto CI (Cast Iron) Globe valves are used to regulate, throttle, and stop the flow of fluids in various applications, including steam, water, oil, air, and gases. They are known for their durable construction, good throttling ability, and suitability for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. Key Technical Details: Material:Primarily cast iron, with renewable 13% Cr Stainless Steel (S.S 410) for working parts. Design: Straight Pattern: Allows for a straight-through flow path, minimizing pressure drop. Outside Screw Yoke (OSY) or Inside Screw Yoke (ISY): Determines the stem's movement when the valve is opened or closed. Rising Stem: The stem moves out of the valve body when opened. Features: Flanged or Screwed Ends: Available in various connection types (e.g., DIN 2533 PN 16RF, BSPT). Provision for Repacking under Pressure: Allows for gland packing replacement without shutting down the system. Sturdy Handwheel: For easy and efficient operation. High Lift Seat: Prevents flow obstruction when the valve is open. Premium Quality Lubricated Gland Packing: Ensures a tight seal and reduces friction. Test Pressures:Typically, the shell is tested to 26 kg/cm²g (370 psig) or 35.15 kg/cm²g (500 psig), while the working pressure for steam can be around 13 kg/cm²g (185 psig) or 17.58 kg/cm²g (250 psig).
