The process of manufacture of cattle feed is relatively simple and consists of reduction of size and blending of the various ingredients. The selected ingredients are passed through a disintegrator or pulverisor to reduce the size of the particles to the required mesh size.Semi-Automatic Cattle Feed Plant is used for manufacturing feed where the land is available freely. Because these types of plant require more ground space as compare to the Automatic Plants. Semi-Automatic Feed Plants are the plants where we don't use too much structure. Automatic Plants are simple in design.It is designed to develop fodder pellets for varied kinds poultry, livestock, and other animals. It is also apt to develop pellets for cattle, sheep, catfish, pig, rabbit, chicken, duck, etc.Cattle feed means any ground, pelleted, crumbled or mixture feed, balanced for various nutrients as per the laid down specification, intended for the feeding of animals and includes: Sample 1.Cattle feed contains protein, energy, minerals and vitamins required for the growth, maintenance and milk production of animals. It is advantageous to feed extra cattle feed to pregnant animals for proper development of fetus. It increases reproductive efficiency, milk production as well as fat content of milk.
