The double roll de coiler – (CDS-2): The double station wire prefeeder is a free-standing, electric-demand prefeeding machine designed to pull the wire and cable from racks or barrels and provide a constant tension to downstream wire processing machines. It is able to handle 2 different wires at the same time, each spool is driven by its individual motor, due to electronic control system, the feed rate of both spools automatically adjusts to the actual requirement of any downline machine.Features:• The feed rate automatically adjustable as per the requirement.• The smooth acceleration of the cable or wire.• It is an electric control system, which is activated with a pendulum arm.• Variable speed control.
