A Black Cement Hose Pipe (also known as a Bulker Hose) is a heavy-duty, reinforced rubber hose designed specifically for the pneumatic transfer of dry cement, fly ash, and other abrasive powders. The black color usually indicates a high-grade SBR or Natural Rubber blend designed for maximum abrasion resistance and outdoor durability.

Inner Tube: A thick, black, seamless layer of Natural Rubber/SBR. This "sacrificial" liner is the most important part, as it must withstand the constant friction of cement particles moving at high velocities.

Reinforcement: Plies of high-tensile synthetic textile cord.

For Discharge Only: Uses textile plies for flexibility.

For Suction & Discharge: Includes a helical steel wire to prevent the hose from collapsing under vacuum.

Static Wire: A built-in copper wire runs through the length of the hose. When connected to couplings, it dissipates the static electricity generated by the dry cement to prevent sparks.
