It belongs to the "Industrial & Precision Grout" line of UltraTech's building-products range. It comes in two variants: NS3 Flowable and NS3 Normal — allowing flexibility depending on site needs. ��️ Where & How It's Used Powergrout NS3 is suited for structural and medium-heavy grouting jobs such as: Grouting micropiles, pile caps, shear-wall bond beams. Fixing and anchoring precast elements, fasteners, rails, structural anchors. Manufacturing high-strength pavers & blocks, and concrete repairs where a strong binder and grout is required. �� Key Features & Benefits High early & compressive strength — design strength ~ 55–60 MPa (flowable variant) under recommended conditions. Non-shrink and non-expanding — ensures stable, reliable grouting without cracks or voids. Self-compacting / Flowable (in flowable variant) — flows into gaps/voids without need for vibration, making placement easier.
