In short an exhaustive range of Leaf, Bush, Carding, Roller and Conveyor to fit practically any industrial equipment.Heavy Duty flat card chains are stronger, long lasting, corrosion resistant and smoother running than other type of flat card chains. This offer extra plate thickness, measuring 2.65 mm against conventional flat card chain of only 2.59 mm with Minimum breaking load of 2500 kgs.The plates and bushes are nickel/cadminium plated to preserve the chain in humid working conditions.Heavy Duty Flat Card chains incorporate circlips to facilitate easy assembly and dismantling.Chains are supplied as pairs in matched lengths to proper fitment and smoother running.Smooth articulation of plates and bushes due to controlled clearance between them achieved by maintaining fine tolerance and dimension.
