The process for making the chalk of this invention consists of two steps; the first step is the production of the resinous coagulants and the second one is that the resinous coagulant is, immediately after being made, added to the chalk material and the mixture is ext:rusion-molded as chalk.Mix the cornstarch and water. Pour equal parts cornstarch and water into a mixing bowl. Stir so that the mixture has a thick, smooth consistency. Separate the mixture into smaller bowls, one for each color of chalk you want to make.Apply for Trade License and Pan Card. You will need to open a Current Bank Account. You may register your business as SSI Unit. The BIS specification for chalk crayons is IS: 2694-1963 molded white school chalks and IS 4222-14967 molded colored chalks.
