This includes many packaging processes: fabrication, cleaning, filling, sealing, combining, labeling, overwrapping, palletizing.The full automatic food packing unit is complete equipment used to package snack food such as melon seeds, almonds, pistachios, pine nuts, candy, jelly,etc. High precision and large weiging range.The materials of the package are either plastic (thermoset or thermoplastic), metal (commonly Kovar) or ceramic. A common plastic used for this is epoxy-cresol-novolak (ECN). All three material types offer usable mechanical strength, moisture and heat resistance.A good chips packaging can keep the crispy taste of chips. The biggest thing about chips is that when chewing, the "kaka kaka" kind of sound, which will bring consumers a comfortable feeling. If there is no such crispness, there is a lack of pleasure in eating them--chips will fall out of value.
