An enrober is a machine used in the confectionery industry to coat a food item with a coating medium, typically chocolate. Foods that are coated by enrobers include nuts, ice cream, toffee, chocolate bars, biscuits and cookies. Enrobing with chocolate extends a confection's shelf life.The Chocolate Machine is a slander container, which is filled with wrapped chocolate balls. This machine is located on the desktop. The machine releases a chocolate ball onto the desktop every 40 to 60 minutes. The user can now either eat the chocolate ball or put it back into the container.You can use a chocolate machine to coat chocolates with different additives or flavours to suit your taste. Chocolate machines allow you to develop brands by providing unique labelling and packaging.Firstly, fermented and dried cocoa beans will be refined to a roasted nib by winnowing and roasting.
