Flat Belt Conveyors are Belt Conveyors in which the carrying run is supported by flat-belt idlers or pulleys.To align a flat belt conveyor simply adjust the tail end pulley or the idler pulley, it is provided with adjuster bolt to adjust it in order to align the conveyor.A conveyor system is a fast and efficient mechanical handling apparatus for automatically transporting loads and materials within an area. This system minimizes human error, lowers workplace risks and reduces labor costs — among other benefits.A significant advantage of flat belts is efficiency of nearly 99%, about 2.5-3% better than V-belts. Good efficiency is due to lower bending losses from a thin cross-section, low creep because of friction covers and high modulus of elasticity traction layers, and no wedging action into pulleys.
