Night Heat Mode: In this mode, pieces of Chocolate can be put in the machine overnight and this mode can be activated. By morning the chocolate will be melted to the desired set temperature so that you can start production immediately. This is a great time saving device. Motor Protect feature: The Motor will only activate after the Chocolate in the tub reaches a pre-set temperature, which can be set by you. This keeps the Motor is safe. This feature has been incorporated as many users start the Motor when the chocolate in the Tub is hard/solid. When the Motor is switched on, the Wheel is stuck in the solid Chocolate and is unable to move. This results in the Motor getting shorted/burnt. To repair or replace the Motor is quite expensive and inconvenient. This can be avoided by this new Motor Protect feature.
