Product Details
MASTERCRETE M-72 is a single component 100% acrylic polymer admixture specially developed to improve the properties of cementitious compositions. It enhances the mechanical properties such as bonding (adhesion) with various building materials, flexural, compression and impact strength.BlocFIT is a ready to use single component, cementatious joint mortar which requires only addition of clean water to produce highly consistent joint mortar. The product is blend ofcement, graded fine aggregates, fillers, polymers & additives. The mortar is specially designedto provide durable bonding between the blocks with better adhesion. It is a Ready made jointmortar forfor joining Fly ash bricks, AAC blocks, concrete blocks etc. with a laying thickness of 3 to 4 mm. FEATURES/ADVANTAGES Factory pre-packed one component ready to use to overcome site batch variations. Contains no chlorides. Thinner jointing material with high adhesive strength. Shrinkage compensated. Easy to apply and avoid wastage of material. Due to water retention polymers, curing is not essential after application. Economical- quantity of mortar required is far less than ordinary conventional mortar. Good adhesion property to substrate.. Eliminates lengthy process of site mixing, transport and storage of all individual materials Improves load bearing capacity. High coverage due to low density. Easy for mixing &handling APPLICATION AREAS For joining the masonry units like Fly ash bricks, AAC blocks, concrete blocks and Hollow light weight Blocks
