CICO POXY 21 LV is a two component solvent free, low viscosity, Free flowing, and normal curing epoxy resin system designed specially for pressure injection intoconcrete for carrying out structural repairs. Due to its low viscosity it can be injected in to extremely fine cracks also. The cured resin possesses high mechanical strength, excellent adhesion, practically no shrinkage and a chemical resistance typical of all epoxy resin system. Fine cracks and small voids can be successfully sealed with CICO POXY 21 LV. Although CICO POXY 21 LV has very high strength, the cured material is not brittle and remains slightly flexible. CICO POXY 21 LV is supplied in premeasured quantities as component A-Resin and Component BHardener. USES CICO POXY 21 LV is used to grout fine cracks, voids and fissures of concrete structures and rocks. FEATURES Low viscosity and good wetting property facilitate deep penetration in to the structures. Rapid strength gain. TECHNICAL DATA Mixing Ratio (PackA:Pack-B) by weight 2:01 Viscosity (Brookfield) at 30°C Specific Gravity 0.9 ± 0.2 300±100 cps Pot Life Compressive Strength, 24 hours 45-70 minutes at 30˚C 350 kg/cm2 at 30˚C ( minimum) 7 days 750 kg/cm2 at 30˚C ( minimum) Bond Strength, 7 days 35kg/cm2, Concrete Failure ( minimum) Tensile Strength, 7days 120- in 7 days at 30o C ( minimum) APPLICATION DATA Surface Preparation Chemical Resistance Unaffected by a wide range of chemicals, Oils etc. Shelf Life 24 months
