A cleated belt conveyor is a conveyor that has a belt that contains carriers or cleats on its surface. The cleats allow products to be separated as they move up inclines and down declines.Cleated belt conveyors are a staple in today's modern factory. They are used to help move product between various elevations; as well as stage product to operators or to provide predictable spacing on an assembly line.We use rubber, nitrile, butyl and PVC belts and splice (horizontally or longitudinally) or mechanically fasten to configure the conveyor belting with the best performance characteristics for your application.They are used to transport materials from one point to another, often over long distances. Conveyor belts can be made from a variety of materials, including PVC, polyester, cotton, and rubber. There are four main types of conveyor belts: flat belts, modular belts, timing belts, and V-belts.
