Product Details
The CO2 Laser Engraving Machine with Auto Feeder functions to cut fabric, leather, denim, acrylic, MDF, felt, paper, rubber, foam and other materials that do not contain metal at a high rate of speed. With an automatic conveyor belt feeder, the machine moves material forward without stopping so that the rate of production increases plus workers do not have to move the material by hand. By using a 100W CO2 laser tube, the device creates edges that are free of debris and match the programmed dimensions exactly while it works at the same level of quality during long periods of use. It is able to work with common design software but also it accepts many types of digital files so that the transition between tasks is easy. Due to the water chiller cooling system and safety components, the machine operates in an even manner, the parts are shielded from damage as well as the person using it is protected from harm. As it is built in India, the machine serves the needs of the textile, garment, footwear, leather processing, upholstery and signage industries which require laser cutting that is fast or correct.
