EEWA manufactures� heat sealers specially designed to seal PTFE coated fabrics & Components. This Machine can Heat Seal PTFE Coated Glass Fabric with high temperature bonding film PFA/FEP, silicone release fabrics, seam cover films, edge reinforcement films & fabrics, insulating boards, Kapton film, high temperature sewing yarns.This Sealer are As per Standards & Government Approved with CE.
High performance PFA films for welding of PTFE/glass fabrics. Normally PFA welding films are available in thickness of 1, 2, 5 Mil 0.025mm - 0.125mm(Standard width is 1200 mm.
EEWA Machine are allowed for a wide array of applications, and if required can be tailored to a specific need.

Working with fluoropolymers is our specialty, but we are able to successfully heat seal a variety of high-performance thermoplastic films including:
