The Automatic CED Coating Plant - 10,000 L, MS & FRP is to provide high volume Electrophoretic Deposition coating for vehicle parts and household hardware. The machine contains a tank that holds 10 000 liters of liquid. It functions with a 750 Ampere rectifier and operates between 300 and 400 Volts of Direct Current. Mild Steel & Fiber Reinforced Plastic form the structure so that the surfaces remain intact when they touch acidic or alkaline liquids. Human Machine Interface or Programmable Logic Controller systems manage the machine so that the coating thickness plus application time stay exact. In addition motor driven hoists move the components automatically. Because of this movement, the plant finishes more units in less time and covers every surface in an identical manner.
