The ACUTEK Coating Thickness Gauge TC-100 is a highly accurate and versatile instrument designed to measure the thickness of coatings on both ferrous and non-ferrous substrates. Featuring dual testing principles—Magnetic Induction for ferrous materials and Eddy Current for non-ferrous materials—this gauge offers a measuring range of 0 to 1300 μm with a resolution of 0.1 μm. With ±3% + 1 µm accuracy, the TC-100 ensures precise measurements for various applications such as quality control, material testing, and corrosion inspection. It supports unit measurements in μm and mil, and works on both ferrous and non-ferrous substrates.
