COFFEE ROASTING MACHINE – MICRON INDIA
Micron India offers roasting machinery for coffee-processing applications. A Coffee Roasting Machine is designed to roast green coffee beans at controlled temperatures to develop their characteristic aroma, colour, flavour, and taste.
The machine typically uses a rotating roasting drum or another suitable roasting chamber, a controlled heat source, and a cooling arrangement. It can be selected for small-batch, commercial, or industrial production depending on the required output.

Working Principle
Green coffee beans are loaded into the roasting chamber. The heating system raises the temperature while the rotating drum continuously tumbles the beans to promote even heat exposure. The operator monitors the temperature and roast development to achieve the desired colour and flavour.
After roasting, the beans are discharged into a cooling tray, where airflow and agitation help remove heat and stop further roasting. Chaff can be collected through a separate collection system.
