Description:

Blue Cold Evaporators are high-efficiency evaporators/Blast Freezer and Chillers available in the BFZ Series for Blast Freezing applications.

Examples of these models are: BFZ750H.2-E, BFZ1050H.4-E, BFZ1063H.2-E; and many more.

The casing comes in high-quality powder-coated Galvanised Steel. Centre plates are built in to enhance air side performance and structural strength for models with 2 or more fans

Coils are designed with 5/8 Copper tube, in line in geometry, the latest Smart Circuitry for even distribution & maximizing mass flow rate of refrigerant throughout the evaporator, maximizing coil efficiency thus providing higher capacity with a smaller physical unit cooler dimension.

Copper Tubes are 5/8”in accordance with JIS, C12T, thus providing higher efficiency and capacity, with minimal pressure loss.

Fins are produced from high-grade Aluminum ( Aluminum Association – AA standard) with corrugated pattern and Rippled Fin edges to provide higher heat transfer efficiency.

Fan Motors used in all the models are high-quality brand motors, fitted with thermistor motor protection and conform to DIN 40050 safety standards. Fan motors are of the highest quality offered in the industry ensuring long life and durability for both high and low-temperature application. 

Capacity Ratings are thermally guaranteed by Blue Cold and tested in accordance to the global standard.
