Servo Auger Filler Machine is a semi-automatic powder filling machine for providing dual advantage of high speed and accuracy for filling non-free flowing powders in to pre-formed pouches and bottles.Simply put, an auger is a spiral-shaped tool that is used to drill holes into the ground and other surfaces or materials. The spiraling metal shaft with a blade at the end of the device is known as a “flighting”. The flighting rotates to scrape, cut, or siphon out drilled materials.Auger fillers are machines which fill the right amount of a product into its container. The product is stored in a vessel called the hopper and in each cycle, the filler dispenses a predetermined amount of the product into the package.
