Pre-milling

The diamond pre-milling cutter mills off the corrugated traces and excess burrs of the wood panel spiral trimmer, so that the edge of the board fits the edge band better, and the bonding is firmer and more beautiful. Pneumatically controlled pre-milling seat, more precise and more convenient to operate.

One Gluing(EVA glue pot)

Fast and high temperature melting of rubber particles; the cylinder controls the opening and closing of the rubber door, the amount of glue is more stable, no residue enters the rubber roller, and the PLC module is used to control the temperature.

Six rounds of pressing - one large and five small pressing wheels

6 rounds of pressing and pasting is more precise than 4 rounds, the glue line does not run off the belt slightly, the bonding is firm, the thick veneer and thin veneer can be easily processed, the glue amount is stable, the EVA glue pot, and the glue thickness is uniform.

End cutting

The end cutting device is used to repair and process the excess edge banding material on the upper and lower parts of the sheet edge banding. It adopts the structure of automatic profiling and high-frequency high-speed motor to ensure that the cut surface is flat and smooth.

Rough trimming/fine trimming 

Manual adjustment, the six-blade R2 knife trims the remaining small amount of edge banding, and then the fine trim knife rounds the corners, making the rough trimming knife more durable and less wear.

Corner rounding

Trim the four corners after the edge into a small arc, which is more smooth and not irritating.

The self-designed encoder tracking action and air circuit design make the corner rounding action more stable.

Scraping

Manual adjustment, scrape the knife lines, make the arc more smooth and beautiful.

Cleaning: remove glue, debris and dirt, surface cleaning of boards.

Polishing

Use a special-shaped cotton polishing wheel to work lint-free.

Smooth the edge-banding end face by polishing.

Centralized oil injection system: automatic timing oil injection maintenance, multi-channel oil pipes are connected to each key moving parts, all-round lubrication, reduce machine wear and prolong machine life.
