Compact desiccant dehumidifiers (FFB series), capacity ranges 170 CMH through 3000 CMH, are designed to integrate “small footprint and finish” of a commercial unit with “the ruggedness” of an industrial dehumidifier.This easy-to-maintain unit provides a way to remove moisture without using a desiccant. The dehumidifier operates as a simple “cold wall” to condense moisture from the air; a drain removes excess moisture from the chamber.Desiccant dehumidifiers remove water by natural absorption. They use an electrical heater to continuously regenerate the adsorbent material – i.e. they dry the absorbent material out so it can collect moisture again.
