Compact Concrete Batching Plants are made up of smaller units of pre-designed or pre-wired production equipment that are often transported in batches to be finally assembled at the site they are to be used.Ready-mix concrete (RMC) is concrete that is manufactured in a batch plant, according to each specific job requirement, then delivered to the job site "ready to use".A central mixing plant uses a stationary mixer to mix the concrete. The concrete is then transferred into the transportation vehicle. A truck mixing plant places all unmixed dry materials into a truck mixer. Water is added and mixing is then done in the truck.It has following advantages: Quality Assured Concrete:- RMC comes with consistency in quality through accurate & computerized control of aggregates and water as per mix designs. The various parameters like workability, compressive strength, water cement ratio, proportioning of ingredients, slump etc can be controlled.
