These machines are widely used in the construction and precast industries due to their efficiency, high output, and consistent block quality.Automation: All major processes—including raw material feeding, batching, mixing, molding, compaction, and block ejection—are controlled automatically via PLC or computerized systems, minimizing manual intervention and maximizing productivity.Hydraulic Pressure: Utilizes high-pressure hydraulic systems (typically 16–21 MPa) to compact the concrete mix, ensuring dense, strong, and uniform blocks.Vibration Compaction: Advanced vibration mechanisms (platform vibration, 40–55 kN, 2800–4500 rpm) work in tandem with hydraulic pressure to enhance block density and surface finish.Production Capacity: Capable of producing 1,000–2,800 solid blocks per hour, or up to 10,000–28,800 blocks per 8-hour shift, depending on the block size and machine model.Versatility: By changing molds, the machine can produce various block types and sizes, including solid blocks, hollow blocks, pavers, and curbstones.Material Flexibility: Can process a wide range of raw materials such as cement, sand, crushed stone, fly ash, slag, and other industrial wastes.Precision & Quality: Delivers blocks with tight dimensional tolerances (often within 1 mm), high compressive strength (typically 3.5–7.5 MPa), and low water absorption (<6%).Energy Efficiency: Designed for optimal power usage, with typical motor power ranging from 22 kW to 54 kW depending on the model.User-Friendly Operation: Equipped with intuitive control panels, digital monitoring, and optional stacking units for easy operation and maintenance.
