Continuous band sealers can seal a wide range of bags and stand-up pouches of almost any size or length. They are specially designed to seal thermo plastic materials like polyethylene, plastic-lined, foil bags, gusseted bags, pillow-type bags, and barrier bags.Continuous band sealers operate by having the pouch sealed and conveyed through one or two continuously heated jaws. With a conveyor this results in packaging that is much faster than a bar sealer, as the operator does not have to wait for the seal cycle to finish.Band Sealers (often called Belt Sealers) are ideal for high volume packaging and sealing thermoplastic materials like polyethylene, plastic-lined, foil and gusseted bags of almost any size or length. Operating speeds can be set lower or higher without wear to the sealer.The CBS-880 continuous band sealer is a high-speed band sealer made to seal thousands of products daily. The CBS-880 band sealer features a control panel that adjusts conveyor speed, cooling fan, and seal temperature. The conveyor height and width settings are fully adjustable to accommodate the used bag size.
