Continuous induction sealer utilizes electromagnetic induction principle to produce instant high heat to melt aluminium foil. Then it adheres to the bunghole, reaching the aim of wet-proof, leakage-proof, mildew-proof and extending preservation time.In packaging it is used for package fabrication such as forming tubes from flexible materials, attaching plastic closures to package forms, etc. Probably the most common use of induction sealing is cap sealing, a non-contact method of heating an inner seal to hermetically seal the top of plastic and glass containers.The Induction Cap Sealing Machine operates on the principle that a conductive material i.e. Al Foil heats up, when exposed to high frequency magnetic field, which is generated by an Induction Unit. The entire process is a non-contact without any direct heat transfer.
