Working Principle

Material is loaded into the mixing chamber. The two mixing shafts or elements rotate in opposite directions, creating interacting material flows that redistribute the ingredients throughout the chamber. Mixing intensity and residence time are selected according to the product and desired blend quality.

After the required mixing cycle, the material is discharged through the designated outlet. The exact mixing action depends on the selected mixer design.
