Product Description
The Garment Needle Detector Machines is used for the purpose of detecting metal chips inside sewing, fabric, pharmaceutical, chemical and food products. It detects needle or metal chips with the help of cycled magnetic sensors. The accuracy level is high. It has a touch screen panel and a light indicator.The principle of it is that three coils which are a central transmitting coil and two equivalent receiving coils are installed in a probe, and the oscillator emits a high-frequency magnetic field through the central transmitting coil connecting with the two receiving coils, but the polarity is opposite.
