Conveyor pizza oven is the most convenient way of baking pizza. It gives uniform pizza baking with or without pan. In this oven, the items to be baked or heat treated are placed on conveyor. This conveyor belt goes inside from one end and comes out of another end, thus gives the uniform baking.A gas conveyor pizza oven is one of the fastest, most automated and convenient methods of making pizza. Conveyor ovens are equipped with a large conveyor belt that passes through the oven cavity. The belt speed is adjustable as well as the upper and lower temperatures.Pizza ovens are heated first by wood or a glass flame. The dome and base then retain heat by trapping it in with bricks, tiles, and insulated layers. This is what allows the pizza oven to quickly reach temperatures over 800° F. When the oven is fully heated, the pizza can be cooked.
