It is widely used in warehouses, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, mining operations, construction material facilities, agricultural processing units, recycling plants, and logistics centers. The system helps streamline material movement, improve stacking efficiency, reduce manual handling, and optimize the utilization of available storage space. The Stacker Conveyor System generally consists of a conveyor belt or conveying mechanism, a structural support frame, drive pulleys, idler rollers, an electric motor, a gearbox, belt tensioning arrangements, and a stacking or discharge arrangement. Depending on the application, the system may also include an adjustable boom, hydraulic lifting mechanism, telescopic conveyor section, mobile chassis, wheels, support legs, sensors, and an electrical control panel. The construction materials and conveyor components are selected according to the required load capacity, conveying distance, operating environment, and type of material being handled.
