A copper bonded earthing electrode is an electrical safety device made of a low-carbon steel core molecularly coated with a thick layer of pure electrolytic copper, providing a combination of steel's strength with copper's high conductivity and corrosion resistance. This pipe-in-pipe electrode design is filled with a proprietary crystalline conductive mixture that enhances grounding efficiency, dissipates leakage currents, and extends the product's life, making it a highly effective and cost-effective solution for electrical systems and personnel safety. Components and Design Steel Core: The central component is a high-strength, low-carbon steel rod or pipe, providing structural integrity and durability. Copper Coating: A thick layer of 99.9% pure electrolytic copper is molecularly bonded to the steel, ensuring excellent electrical conductivity and resistance to oxidation and corrosion.
