A copper braided strip is a highly flexible electrical conductor formed by weaving together numerous fine strands of high-purity copper. Formation: Thin wires are wound on high-speed spools in a circular design to form a braid, which is then flattened by weight rollers to achieve a rectangular strip shape. Key Characteristics Extreme Flexibility: The lattice-like weave allows the strip to bend and twist in multiple directions without cracking or losing efficiency. High Conductivity: The dense packing of strands provides a large effective surface area, which improves current-carrying capacity and minimizes energy loss.
