Copper flat bars (or rectangular bars) are highly conductive metal stocks used primarily for electrical busbars, grounding, and various DIY or industrial metalworking projects. Most standard stocks are made from C110 (Electrolytic Tough Pitch) copper, which offers a 99.9% purity level and a 100+% IACS electrical conductivity rating.Copper flat bars are high-conductivity (EC grade) rectangular, solid copper strips, commonly used as electrical bus bars, connectors, and in grounding applications due to their excellent conductivity, corrosion resistance, and ductility. Key Characteristics & Specifications Material: Usually high-purity electrolytic tough pitch (ETP) copper (C11000). Dimensions: Widths typically range from 10 mm to 200 mm+ and thicknesses from 3 mm to 50 mm. Temper: Available in hard, half-hard, and soft options. Edges: Supplied with either sharp square edges or radius/rounded edges.
