Product Details
TheCorrugated Cardboard scrap baleris an automatic hydraulic machine - it presses and bales cardboard waste. The machine is built from mild steel. It has a 30 HP motor with a double pump system. This pump system moves a ram 50 inches for operation. Its capacity is 120 tons. A CNC system controls baling performance. The baling chamber is 26" by 30" by 60". It produces bales that are 14" by 14" inches - these bales are easy to move and store. The baler uses a 3-phase power supply, needing 22 KW. It includes an 800-liter oil tank. A triple action pumping system moves 75 liters of fluid each minute - this system presses cardboard scrap - it reduces waste volume. The machine's yellow color plus design suit industrial recycling. It improves waste handling and storage.
