Corrugated Cardboard Scrap Baler - 120 Ton, 30 HP is a machine that uses a semi automatic mechanism to move materials. It is yellow and moves its arm back and forth across a distance of 5 feet. The operator controls the movement with a lever that they move by hand. A motor that uses three phases of electricity and generates 15 HP provides power to a gear pump. There is a tank that holds 500 litres of oil to support the hydraulic system. It exerts a force of 15 tons to push scrap metal into the furnace. By using this force, the machine ensures that the metal pieces slide into the furnace at an even rate. Under those conditions, the machine consistently performs the task of charging the furnace.
