Description

A combination of dung and straw (or any agro waste/harvested crop residues) is fed into the hopper of the machine. Screw mechanism has been provided in the machine, which helps in mixing raw materials thoroughly, compress them and extrude them out.Diya is prepared by mixing dry cow dung powder, oil and binder of various ratios/proportions and called as cow deepam/diya. This diya has completely no wastage in it, after using for three to four times for lighting purpose it can be mixed with ash and water which forms an anti-bacterial solution.
