A 300 LTR cream separator machine is a centrifugal device designed for the efficient separation of whole milk into cream and skimmed milk at a capacity of around 300 liters per hour (LPH). These machines are suitable for small to medium-scale dairy farms and processing plants. Capacity: 300 Liters Per Hour (LPH) milk separation capacity. Operation Type: Often dual-operated, meaning they can run on electricity or be hand-cranked in case of a power outage. Motor Power: Typically equipped with a 0.25 HP to 0.5 HP electric motor, designed for efficient performance. Materials: Constructed from durable materials such as stainless steel (SS) for the bowl and spouts (ensuring hygiene and corrosion resistance) and aluminum or mild steel for the tank and body. Tank Capacity: The milk receiving tank usually has a capacity of around 25 to 35 liters. Discs: Contains a stack of stainless steel discs (typically 25 to 32) within the bowl to facilitate efficient separation using centrifugal force. Separation Temperature: Best efficiency is achieved when separating milk at a temperature between 35°C to 40°C (95°F to 108°F). Design: Features a sturdy, well-balanced construction with all ball bearings for smooth, vibration-free operation and a compact design for a small footprint.
