This Curcumin Extraction Plant, Capacity: 100 TPD processes one hundred tonnes of turmeric each day. The structure is built from stainless steel - it resists corrosion and lasts for years. The unit runs on 415 V three phase current at 60 Hz plus works in semi automatic mode. Mech O Tech LLP, an Indian company, designs and supplies the entire line but also installs every part on site. Solid liquid solvent extraction recovers the highest possible amount of curcumin from dried rhizomes - the layout reduces idle time and keeps the stream continuous. The system suits large herbal processors that need steady output at low unit cost.
